Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freight Courier II to join our team at FedEx. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional delivery and pick-up services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently pick up, sort, and deliver packages, ensuring timely and secure transportation.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and accurate, including airway bills, delivery records, and vehicle conditions.
  • Operate vehicles safely and efficiently, complying with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2.5 years of experience maneuvering heavy equipment.
  • 6 months of FedEx Express Courier experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages of any weight with assistance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic English skills preferred.
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
  • Neat and clean-cut appearance.
  • Good verbal and writing communication skills.
