About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in LATAM. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving brand excellence and elevating the retail experience across our channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with our brand portfolio and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Merchandising, and Consumer Marketing, to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
  • Lead a high-performing team of Visual Merchandising Specialists to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Partner with our Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Retail, Wholesale, and Marketing partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our business.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in visual merchandising leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving business growth and excellence.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team, with a focus on developing and retaining top talent.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the retail industry and our business model.
