About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Manager LATAM to join our team at Swarovski. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of visual merchandising strategies across all points of presence (POPs) in LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure the effective implementation of visual merchandising guidelines and policies at all POPs in LATAM.
  • Collaborate with the central marketing team to develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that align with the company's global marketing objectives.
  • Implement POP zoning and visual merchandising training for the sales team in all channels.
  • Manage local warehouses and ensure that assets and tools are optimized on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate visual merchandising for new openings, relocations, and refurbishments, as well as provide support for events and exhibitions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality visual merchandising services.
  • Monitor and report on visual merchandising budget spend and ensure alignment with market activation plans.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in visual merchandising and a passion for the luxury retail industry. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A university degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, art, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a fashion and retail environment, specifically in the luxury sector.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English language skills, both spoken and written.
