About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scientific Research Assistant to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a key member of our research and development team, you will play a critical role in the development of new products and formulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of new product formulations by conducting experiments, analyzing data, and communicating results to the team.
  • Conduct laboratory testing on products, including making lab batches, supporting batch scale-up, and evaluating product performance.
  • Provide technical support to the team, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Safety, Regulatory, Quality, Environmental Affairs, and Supply Chain.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation of experimental work, observations, and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Material Science, or Biotechnology
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Google Suite
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus
