Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to lead and administrate the Purchasing Staff within the Workcell. The successful candidate will support the development and implementation of Supply Chain strategies and systems, ensuring that materials supply equal demand and optimize overall cost of materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and interview Purchasing Staff, monitor team member turnover, and identify key factors for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training curriculum, coach and mentor Materials staff to deliver excellence to internal and external customers.
  • Establish clear measurable goals and objectives, solicit feedback from Workcell Manager, Business Unit Manager, peers, and team members.
  • Drive individuals and the team to continuously improve in key operational metrics and achieve organizational goals.
  • Coordinate activities of large teams, ensure recognition and rewards are managed fairly and consistently.

Requirements
