Sales Manager Job Description

At Alegro Industries, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong ability to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence.

Lead the sales team to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets, ensuring high levels of dedication and productivity.

Support Sales Executives in closing high-volume and monetary deals successfully.

Conduct performance reviews & KPIs, provide constructive feedback, and recognize achievements to support professional growth.

Maintain high-performance standards, ensuring that each team member aligns with and contributes to the team's sales objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of leading teams to exceed revenue targets.

Demonstrated expertise in sales coaching, with a history of developing high-level Sales Executives.

Proficiency in various sales methodologies.

Previous experience as a Sales Executive, with strong team leadership skills.

Experience in business environments.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus but not required.

Must have communicative and fluent knowledge of English.
