About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our Global Inbound Logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the inbound transportation of goods to our LATAM DCs and Mexico Origin Logistics.

Your primary focus will be on driving performance and improvement in processes that impact the regional end-to-end transportation. You will collaborate cross-functionally with other Supply Chain departments in Logitech, as well as externally with our 3rd-party partners and 4PL control tower.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for multi-modal transportation, transit, planning, and design activities for all transportation processes to Logitech LATAM DCs and international shipments.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain departments to create a world-class transportation organization.
  • Oversee and analyze international inbound and outbound transportation policies, programs, and projects.
  • Responsible for accurate and complete data in Logitech's OTM system, in partnership with LATAM Supply Chain Logistics in Brazil.
  • Manage container planning between container yards and Logitech LATAM DCs, including priority management.
  • Act as a key liaison for escalated inbound and international transportation issues.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new and leverage existing operational procedures to improve productivity.
  • Drive continuous improvement into Logitech's inbound and international transportation network.
  • Accountable for all inbound and international transportation-related activities, including delivery tracking and EDI compliance.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant supply chain experience in a multinational company.
  • Experience in execution of daily regional inbound and outbound transportation operations support activities.
  • Ability to get performance results through the implementation of scorecards and metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good language skills of English, Portuguese, and Spanish, both oral and in writing.
  • Problem solver, customer-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Knowledge of Oracle and Oracle OTM is a plus.
  • Strong PC skills, including Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and determine root causes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills.
  • Strong ability to develop effective and productive working relationships with business partners.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities without compromising quality.
  • Strong project management skills.
