Job Summary
Kemin Food Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Kemin's products and services to prospective and established customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sales programs within assigned portfolios by informing customers about available services, supplies, prices, and new products.
- Meet budgeted sales and gross margin by obtaining and renewing orders.
- Support business unit expansion and sales growth in assigned accounts.
- Achieve consistent growth in sales and gross margin for assigned accounts in accordance with annual sales budgets.
- Establish relationships with individuals at all levels of the customer's organization.
- Develop and maintain customer databases and sales reporting databases.
- Utilize CRM for sales reports and activities.
- Work together with a sales manager as part of a team.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry, food science, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience working in sales.
- Professional experience as a customer service representative, Inside Sales, or Sales Associate.
- Intermediate English Level is desired.
- Experience working with the food industry.
- Experience working with customers in sales.
