Job Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our team by providing comprehensive administrative support, including drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events with precision to ensure seamless execution.
- Draft and edit correspondence: Develop and refine various forms of correspondence, including letters, memos, and emails, to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Maintain paper and electronic files: Organize and keep up-to-date filing systems for records, correspondence, and other materials, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Respond promptly and courteously to incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate party and ensuring a positive experience for guests and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate ordering: Keep track of office supplies and schedule replenishment as needed to prevent disruptions.
- Support event planning: Assist in organizing company events and special projects, bringing new ideas and enthusiasm to the table.
- Data entry and database maintenance: Perform data entry tasks and maintain electronic databases and applications with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Liaison with external entities: Act as a liaison between the company and external entities, such as vendors, clients, and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
- Team collaboration and additional responsibilities: Collaborate with team members on projects, providing administrative support as needed, and take on additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Work Experience: 0-3 years of work experience in an administrative role.
- Education: Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
