Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our team in North America Manufacturing Operations. As a key member of our operations leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the human resources function and defining, developing, and implementing strategic HR initiatives to influence the function's effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to optimize resource allocation and drive business results.
  • Lead talent management initiatives to establish a robust pipeline of diverse leadership talent and develop strong partnerships with business leaders.
  • Provide HR leadership for manufacturing sites in McAllen, TX, Black River Falls, WI, Faridabad, India, Piedras Negras, Mexico, and 3 locations in Juarez, Mexico, with a combined workforce of ~5,500 associates.
  • Collaborate with operations leadership teams to provide insights, guidance, direction, and expertise that supports the development of HR initiatives and priorities at the functional level.
  • Manage and execute talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, associate engagement, workforce diversity, and inclusion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, or related field; Master's degree highly preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR business partner experience, preferably within a global industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing an HR team, preferably for both US and Mexico operations.
  • Demonstrated track record of partnering with leaders to develop and implement talent strategies that produce measurable outcomes and drive business results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to establish trust, credibility, and rapport at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and adapt to rapidly changing dynamics, information, and direction.
