About this Role

This position will be responsible for our global IT asset management program, leveraging our policies, procedures, and activities within our ServiceNow instance and other integrated platforms. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in infrastructure, project management methodologies, process improvements, and familiarity with IT asset management, with experience using ServiceNow for executing both hardware and software asset management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain, improve, and support hardware lifecycle asset management policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Asset Management team, suppliers, customers, and other supporting team members to enable and improve the lifecycle management of hardware assets.
  • Improve procedures and operations involving support and maintenance contract agreements, asset procurement, and asset disposition.
  • Contribute to the financial well-being of the Digital IT organization through effective IT asset management.

Requirements

  • Solid background in project management, process improvement, and asset management principles.
  • Understanding of how IT asset management can contribute to the financial well-being of the Digital IT organization.
