Posición: ENCARGADO/A DE RECLUTAMIENTO Y SELECCIÓN

Recremex, pionero en la industria de atención al cliente, busca una líder proactiva para liderar nuestro departamento de Reclutamiento y Selección.

Actividades a Realizar:
  • Reclutamiento de personal masivo
  • Entrevistas a filtro
  • Armado de expedientes
  • Campañas y actividades recreativas internas de la empresa
  • Reclutamiento de campo: Posteo y volanteo
  • Manejo de redes sociales como Facebook, Instagram y Tiktok
  • Filtrado de plataformas como Indeed o Pandapé
Requisitos:
  • Licenciatura en Psicología Concluida
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año o más en el área de reclutamiento y selección
  • Actitud Proactiva y liderazgo
  • Disponibilidad de Horario
  • Edad: 25 años en adelante
