About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for identifying, selecting, and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our business, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
  • Candidate Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • HRIS Management: Maintain and update our HR information systems, including our candidate tracking system, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Talent Pool Development: Develop and maintain a diverse and talented pool of candidates, using a variety of recruitment channels and strategies.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and analytics on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and quality of hire.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and selecting top talent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
