As a Knowledge Management Associate Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals by leading our Knowledge Management function and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

As a Knowledge Management Associate Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic and operational leadership of the Knowledge Management function, working closely with the COE Team and guiding local functional resources.
  • Bringing industry best practices in Knowledge Management to our organization.
  • Collaborating with global forums and peers from other functions and sectors as appropriate.
  • Working cross-functionally with other ecosystem teams and the KM COE team to establish Knowledge Management discipline for target business units.
  • Establishing, governing, and executing process control processes to ensure process changes and exceptions are timely reflected in process documentation.
  • Stewarding the ESM Knowledge Capture and Knowledge Transfer methodology and embedding it in our ongoing onboarding process.
  • Identifying and resolving Knowledge Management gaps of service delivery employees together with operational leaders.
  • Stewarding the KM playbook, including the GBS Service Catalogue and Service Change request process, Service Level Agreements, Performance Reviews with internal customers, Escalation Mechanisms, etc.
  • Contributing to the successful deployment of ServiceNow Knowledge Management module and establishing efficient cooperation with the Enterprise Service Management team.
  • Building and implementing a scalable approach for managing best practice sharing between teams and Hubs (Communities of Practice), Upskilling of employees (Process Proficiency Matrix), and Functional learning plans.
  • Stewarding the overall GBS Operating Model, GBS Internal Governance, Operating Guidelines, and DICE model.
  • Implementing Business/GBS Service Delivery Internal controls, including Sox controls, AML, SPL, GDPR, etc., and ensuring full integration with Knowledge Management Pillar.
  • Coordinating compliance-related activities like Management Walkthroughs, BSC Internal Certification, and general business audits.

Qualifications:

We're looking for a highly experienced professional with:

  • 6+ years of experience in supporting business on Knowledge Management or learning initiatives.
  • Significant experience in large-scale global organizations, ideally in operational roles.
  • Strong functional background in Knowledge Management.
  • Knowledge of KM Tools like ServiceNow and Epiplex.
  • Strong executive presence, initiative, and proven ability to drive process compliance.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Fluency in English.
