About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Specialist to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Interventional Cardiology Brands strategy, ensuring alignment with the strategic priorities of our Interventional Cardiology division in Coronary Therapies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Annual Marketing Strategy and Plan: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives sales achievement, profitability, market share, and growth of the category under your responsibility.
  • Design and Execute Communication and Promotional Campaigns: Develop and implement communication and promotional campaigns, including brochures, materials, and sample books, to effectively engage with sales channels and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage Patient/Customer Journey: Identify customer, patient, and market needs, as well as competitor trends, to inform and adapt your strategy.
  • Develop and Enhance Relationships: Foster strong relationships with external customers, including physicians, KOLs, and medical associations, as well as internal customers from ICG division, LATAM, and other areas.
  • Lead Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Analyze and compile data, projections, and other relevant information to provide insights to Sales Management.
  • Lead Brand or Portfolio Projects: Manage and execute projects, including new product launches, to drive business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, or similar.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in Marketing/Commercial/Medical Devices or Pharma, with at least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Skills: Demonstrable marketing and/or commercial skills, experience leading and managing projects, advanced English, communication skills, proactive attitude, customer relationship skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Coordination and Leadership: Ability to coordinate and lead projects with external and internal suppliers.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
