**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team at Infor. As a Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist and resolve client questions or problems related to product functionality, operating environments, system configuration/setup, and bugs/enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison with Development and other departments to ensure proper handling of customer issues.
  • Assist in product enhancement and development, testing fixes and new versions, verifying compatibility, and providing feedback.
  • Participate in special projects and take on special assignments, including teaching other analysts procedures, features of products, etc.
  • Identify possible improvements related to working processes and tools.
  • Assist team members with complex and high-severity problems, guiding problem resolution and demonstrating the ability to adapt to increases in workload.
  • Create documentation and Knowledge Base content and review other content.
  • Support Customer Success/Professional Services activities.
  • Manage workload effectively, following Global Support Procedures to ensure successful completion of tasks.

**Requirements**

  • Analytical skills to analyze data, research, diagnose, and solve diverse problems.
  • Time management, decision-making, and organizational skills required to ensure the most effective and timely delivery of service to clients.
  • Experienced project manager.
  • Full proficiency in English.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Knowledge of debit/credit in General Ledger.
  • The flow of A/R and A/P.
  • Ability to read Financial Statements, such as Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and Income Statement.
  • Knowledge of CenPOS credit card processing.
  • Distribution knowledge.
  • Previous help desk experience.
