Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Leader to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of production staff to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement maintenance and quality assurance programs to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality and safety issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training programs to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or maintenance role
  • Experience in leading teams and managing projects
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and quality assurance principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP or other manufacturing software
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and TPM principles
  • Basic to intermediate level of proficiency in English
Work Environment

This is a regular full-time position with a 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm schedule, Monday to Saturday.
