Strategic Growth Leader for Region Expansion

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Growth Leader to drive business and sales strategies for Region client acquisition, growth, and profitability.
This role involves coordinating and implementing commercial strategies, ensuring customer acquisition, and providing a comprehensive value proposition to clients.
The successful candidate will direct and supervise managers and account executives, develop business by cross-selling with other HSBC products, and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor degree in Economic-Administrative field
- 10+ years of experience in financial sector
- AMIB 3 certification
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Adaptability and strategic vision
HSBC offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
