About the Role

S&P Global Platts is seeking a seasoned Client Services Manager to oversee an assigned client portfolio across Latin America. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client support, onboarding, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site support, product training, and integration of Platts services within customer workflows.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of current commodity news and channel partner platforms.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and other teams to discuss client needs, deliverables, and feedback.
  • Contribute to growing the S&P Global Platts business by working closely with Commercial.
  • Oversee client onboarding, product training, relationship building, and client deliverables.
  • Travel and meet with clients to understand their perspectives, sharing feedback internally as necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, both written and oral.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in finance, banking, or trading.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in client support and/or sales interactions.
  • A self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and a willingness to own a portfolio of clients.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills, handling multiple client requests.
  • Ability to lead individual and group trainings effectively.
  • Knowledge of energy, commodities, and financial markets.
  • Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time.
  • Experience with CRM software, Excel, Quip, Zoom, and Teams.
  • Understanding of API and technology.
