Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Cancun. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for identifying, searching and selecting top talent for our organization in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and provide them with high-quality candidates.

Main Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to final selection, ensuring that all candidates are thoroughly evaluated and presented to hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our business needs and requirements, as well as the latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions, job postings, and interview plans, ensuring that all recruitment activities are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers and HR leadership on recruitment progress, candidate pipeline, and time-to-hire metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline, ensuring that our recruitment efforts are aligned with our company's diversity and inclusion goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment technologies, tools, and trends, and make recommendations for process improvements and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in identifying and attracting top talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
