OBJETIVO:
REQUERIMIENTOS:
Contar con licenciatura completada en administración de empresas, Rh, Psicología o a fin.
- Experiência amplia en el puesto.
- Conocimiento en los procesos de recursos humanos.
- Manejo de office, redes sociales, plataformas de empleo.
**Responsabilidades**
- Realizar el reclutamiento Administrativo/Gerencial.
- Utilización de plataformas (CompuTrabajo, Indeed, Facebook y "Empléate Cancún")
- Actualización de "Reporte de Vacantes" con Gerencias y líderes.
- Búsqueda de vacantes solicitadas por medio de la Requisición de Personal.
- Gestionar la aplicación de pruebas psicométricas.
- Gestionar la aplicación de pruebas de polígrafo.
- Seguimiento a contratación de personal.
- Seguimiento a los colaboradores (Adaptabilidad, Herramientas de trabajo, etc.)
- Brindar seguimiento a las Requisiciones de personal.
- Consultar perfiles de puesto.
- Dar seguimiento al "Reporte de Vacantes".
- Creación de flyers y posteo en las diferentes plataformas.
- Busqueda de semanas cotizadas.
- Verificación de referencias laborales.
- Brindar seguimiento al proceso de selección.
- Solicitar la documentación obligatoria del expediente según lo requerido en el "Check list de documentación".
**Requisitos**
- Experiência en el puesto
- Experiência en reclutamiento foráneos
- Capacidad de llevar a cabo diferentes tipos de entrevistas (p. ej., estructuradas, basadas en competencias, haciendo hincapié en el estrés, etc.)
- Experiência práctica con diversos procesos de selección (entrevistas telefónicas, verificaciones de referencias, etc.)
- Capacidad de organizar centros de valoración de habilidades (p. ej., actividades de simulación laboral, muestras de trabajo, test psicométricos, de coeficiente intelectual y de inteligencia emocional)
- Capacidad para tomar decisiones
**Se ofrece**:
Sueldo de $15 mil mensual neto
- Prestaciones de ley
- Lunes a viernes 9 am a 6 pm y sábado 9 am a 2 pm
Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
Sueldo: $15,000.00 al mes
