About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Apple Leisure Group. As a key member of our Direct & E-Commerce team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of digital marketing initiatives for our 10 unique resort brands in the Latin America & Caribbean region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to optimize marketing spend and achieve tangible results across paid digital channels.
  • Lead the execution of paid digital media campaigns, including search, social, programmatic display & video, and metasearch.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations to drive incremental revenue and improve return on investment efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to curate a testing schedule to enhance user experience and increase efficiency.
  • Utilize first-party CRM and promotional data to help curate the digital audience strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing with an acquisition-based focus.
  • English and Spanish language proficiency.
  • Experience leading the execution of digital performance marketing (paid search, display, social media, metasearch).
  • Experience using GA4 and platform technologies (Google/Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DSPs, etc.).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of web metrics & digital analytics to provide measurement of paid and owned/earned media channels.
  • Experience pulling reporting from business intelligence visualization software (Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.).
  • Ability to demonstrate advanced knowledge of digital audience segmentation and digital targeting techniques.
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) proficiency.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional analytical and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to achieve defined objectives, execute projects and effectively initiate solutions.
