About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand and Supply Chain Planner Manager to join our team at myGwork. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing demand planning processes to ensure accurate national supply.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Demand Forecasts: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to create accurate demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons.
  2. Lead Inventory Positions: Control and optimize inventory positions for all JTI and other products by SKU, reducing risks of Out of Stock situations and potential write-offs.
  3. Enhance Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory management processes to provide an overview of inventory status, identify gaps and opportunities, and drive business decisions.
  4. Handle Inventory Reporting: Prepare and present monthly inventory reports to stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and distribution.
  5. Ensure Security Code Availability: Work closely with the Tax team to implement robust processes for Security Code availability and control, minimizing write-offs and excess Code usage.
  6. Support System Maintenance: Be responsible for local and global system maintenance related to Demand planning, ensuring timely submissions and management sign-off.
  7. Guide Market Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement market projects related to new product development, sourcing changes, or other projects involving FG or raw material development introduction.
Requirements
  1. Commercial Planning Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial planning/Logistics in FMCG industry, preferably in a multinational company.
  2. Education and Language: University degree required, with strong language knowledge in Spanish and English.
  3. Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with high-level expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
