About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to develop and implement digital marketing strategies using Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on Marketing Cloud best practices and capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing roadmaps to drive business growth.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Establish and evolve best practices for development efforts within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Proactively manage multiple priorities, develop and deliver solutions, and provide quantitative results and commercial insights.
  • Lead meetings and workshops with customers to define project scope and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPScript, Content Builder, Salesforce Connector, and Business Units.
  • Experience with marketing campaign design, implementation, and execution.
  • Experience across other digital marketing channels, including ads, SMS, mobile apps, and web.
  • Experience in algorithmic decisioning or interactive management.
  • Experience in a consulting environment and/or digital agency, with a demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity, and innovation.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certifications.
  • Experience delivering solutions within waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working in a consulting or IT services environment.
  • 100% fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal skills).
