As a key member of the Site Supervision team at Ware Malcomb, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of construction activities. Your expertise will be instrumental in overseeing critical control documents, client communication, and project reporting.

With a focus on exceptional client service, you will foster long-term relationships and drive repeat business through a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to project delivery.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

Manage the bidding and construction phase of projects, including distribution of bid packages, scheduling pre-bid conferences, and reviewing contractor bids.

Provide construction phase services as construction management in coordination with the Senior Project Manager.

Review contractor construction documents, review daily and weekly reports, lead weekly construction meetings, review contractor submittals and engineering drawings, track the construction schedule, and review estimate payments.

Lead negotiations with clients and contractors, fostering strong working relationships.

Oversee project schedules, including the management of critical paths and work programs, ensuring deadlines are met.

Administer all project controls, including fixed-price contracts, RFIs, RFQs, and change orders.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards related to earthworks and construction.

**Requirements**:

Industrial construction experience is highly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate and manage contractors on site, ensuring timely and quality execution of tasks.

Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently.

Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills to navigate challenges and drive solutions.
