Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at Martin Sprocket & Gear. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for selling equipment and materials to customers, providing technical support and training, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell equipment and materials to customers, including providing technical support and training
  • Develop new business opportunities through sales and marketing efforts
  • Provide excellent customer service, understanding and believing in the Martin philosophy to achieve annual sales growth and increase quote accuracy
  • Interpret plans and mechanical failure analysis
  • Travel as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales of specialized products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
