  • Support the preparation of requests for internal and external audits.
  • Provide accounting insights and assistance for Company initiatives.
  • Work alongside Global Financial Shared Services and local teams on various accounting projects as needed.
  • Identify, implement, and support enhancements in processes relevant to the role and the team.
  • Adapt and apply standardized adidas group accounting principles and regulations to comply with legal and tax obligations.
  • Create process documentation for specific areas to ensure consistent execution of tasks.
  • Offer accounting expertise and support to other business and finance functions within the local market.
  • Ensure financial integrity by adhering to internal control measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude and collaborating effectively within the team.
  • Must be driven by deadlines, results-oriented, highly responsible, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Educational Background and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Over 3 years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
