Role Summary

Nasdaq is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to inform, educate, and measure the total business impact of our web optimizations.
  • Champion SEO/SEM throughout the organization by providing meaningful insights on ways to measure content performance and page ranking.
  • Develop and execute a testing strategy to gain insights and improve the customer experience.
  • Manage the SEO migration efforts for domains, ensuring seamless transition, optimizing for search visibility, and maintaining performance post-migration.
  • Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits, identifying opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance website performance.

Requirements

  • Proven success in synthesizing SEO data, tracking and visualizing metrics for organic traffic, performing SERP analysis and testing hypotheses for organic traffic efficiency.
  • Proficient knowledge of SEO and SEM tools (Google Search Console, Google Ads, Bing Ads, BrightEdge) and traffic analysis tools (Google Analytics 4 (certified), Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - proven experience of presenting data to a non-technical audience.
  • Ambitious self-starter with demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done.
