Key Responsibilities

  2. Campaign Execution and Management: Ensure the flawless execution of each campaign, maintaining continuous communication with all stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Effectively connect with clients, understanding their needs and cooperating with them to achieve their goals, while maintaining high levels of sales activities through exceptional organization and time management.
  4. Influencer Strategy and Relationship Management: Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies and relationships, leveraging your network of relationships at top brands and/or agencies.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. 1 to 5 years of relevant hybrid experience in marketing, strategy, and creativity, ideally in consumer goods, online marketing, or an agency environment.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
  3. Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  4. Pronounced service orientation, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
  5. High energy with a can-do attitude.
  6. Goal-oriented, fast-learning, and capable of working autonomously.
  7. A robust network of relationships at top brands and/or agencies.
  8. Experience in Influencer Marketing, including scouting, management, negotiation, and relationship building, is a plus.
  9. Bilingual or proficiency in English is necessary for the job; any additional language skills are a plus.
