Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Information Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a Medical Information Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical and medical information to our clients, patients, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and respond to inquiries from clients, patients, and healthcare providers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Research and provide information on medical and technical topics, including regulatory requirements and compliance guidelines.
  • Identify and record adverse events and product complaints, and provide additional support as needed.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of project and corporate policies and procedures, including client products, SOPs, protocols, GCPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a life science field (nursing, pharmacy, biology, medical technology, etc).
  • Previous experience in a related field, or fresh graduates with relevant skills and abilities.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent language skills (comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to interpret complex medical and technical information.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in challenging circumstances.
