Job Summary:

Aldi UK is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in the overall strategy and direction of the store

  • Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage store operations, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment

  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of leadership and team development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
