We are seeking an experienced Strategic Insights Data Analyst to join our Demand Spaces team. As a key member of the team, you will provide actionable insights, answer critical business questions, and uncover new growth opportunities through advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide data collation, storytelling, and action-oriented recommendations
- Be responsible for the stewardship, governance, and continued growth of the Demand Spaces data foundation
- Create and maintain intuitive, engaging dashboards (Excel, Tableau, or other)
- Understand consumer behavior through analysis of market dynamics, occasion, and need states, product domains, retail dynamics, macroeconomic trends, culture, people, and channel trends

**What You Will Bring**

A strong background in marketing analytics and research, with experience in advanced data integration and visualization skills. You should have a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Requirements**

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- English language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with Nielsen is a plus
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
