Micron Technology, a leader in innovative memory and storage solutions, seeks an experienced Global Supply Chain Country Director to spearhead our supply chain operations in Mexico. This strategic leadership role involves overseeing global supply management, order management, supply chain optimization, integrated business planning, new product introduction, and digital supply chain initiatives.


About the Role



  • Strategic Leadership: Direct the country's supply chain strategy in alignment with Micron's global objectives.
  • Team Development: Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team to achieve performance KPIs.
  • End-to-End Operations: Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Compliance and Collaboration: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and quality standards while collaborating with global counterparts to implement best practices and process standardization.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to forecast demand and optimize the supply chain network.

About You



  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in global supply chain management at a directorial level.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of strategic planning and execution in supply chain operations, strong leadership skills, and experience managing diverse teams.
  • Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, deep understanding of international trade, logistics, and supply chain software.

Preferred Skills



  • ERP Systems: Experience with ERP systems and advanced supply chain technologies.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and risk management in the supply chain.
  • People Management and Partnership Building: Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment, manage complex projects, and build key partnerships within the supply chain ecosystem.

Compensation and Benefits


We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
