Our company is a world leader in the field, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Global Supply Chain Leader. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for overseeing the strategic leadership and operational management of our supply chain within a specific country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the country's supply chain strategy in alignment with global objectives.
  • Lead and develop the supply chain team to achieve performance KPIs.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts to implement best practices and process standardization.
  • Utilize data analytics to forecast demand and optimize the supply chain network.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in global supply chain management at a directorial level.
  • Proven track record of strategic planning and execution in supply chain operations.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of international trade, logistics, and supply chain software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced supply chain technologies.
  • Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and risk management in the supply chain.
  • Key people management, expansion, and recruiting strategy and key partnership with existing supply chain ecosystem in Guadalajara, MX, as well as key university relations to target the right talent pool.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment and manage complex projects.
