Operational Scheduler

We are looking for an Operational Scheduler to join our Juarez team, where you will be responsible for creating production plans that meet the demands of our customers while ensuring maximum use of our installed capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a production plan based on demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Confirm new sales orders by reviewing customer request dates or line capacity, and communicate any changes to relevant departments.
• C coordinate with the purchasing department to expedite material shortages and ensure timely delivery.
• Review committed sales for today and adjust schedules as needed to avoid delays.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate production plans to cover them, taking into account material availability and capacity constraints.
• Release production orders based on material availability, capacity, and sales/demand.
• Monitor exception messages and communicate impacts affecting committed orders to PLM, OPS managers, and customer service.
• Respond to expedites and escalations from customer service and other plants.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position.
• SAP knowledge.
• English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Salary Estimate

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $70,000-$90,000, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the value we place on our employees.
