Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Help clients determine business issues and develop organization change strategies to drive business transformation.
  • Use in-depth consulting skills and business knowledge to ensure the adoption of new processes and procedures in support of SAP solution implementation.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to mitigate risks and ensure successful adoption of new processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to define and implement risk mitigation plans, journey maps, communication plans, and training strategies.
  • Provide expertise in leadership development, organizational design, and change management to help clients achieve their business objectives.

Requirements

  • Change Management Strategy and Planning experience.
  • Leadership Program (Enivisio Studio) experience.
  • Archetypes or Personas Session experience.
  • English fluency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP S4HANA Implementations experience.
  • SAP ECC Implementation experience.
  • Transformation Programs experience.
