Job Summary

Intugo is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews
  • Prepare and submit documents and forms in a timely manner
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and mail management
  • Work closely with the team to ensure timely progress and completion of tasks
  • Provide general support to the team as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a corporate or law firm setting
  • Experience with office management systems and procedures
  • Previous experience in the Legal field is a plus
  • Comfortable with phone and in-person reception duties
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality for handling sensitive information
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to change, including the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual proficiency in English-Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced English language proficiency
