About the Role

As a key member of the Mondelēz International team, you will be responsible for implementing brand strategy that drives sustainable growth and delivers business objectives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing plans, ensuring alignment with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategy to drive business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing plans
  • Support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies and integrated marketing communication and media plans
  • Provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and support the development and execution of marketing plans

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of consumer insights and brand strategy
  • Experience in marketing, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods sector
  • Ability to deliver results autonomously and influence stakeholders
  • Analytical skills and a creative mindset with a balance of commercial and strategic acumen
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
