About the Role
Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a skilled Strategic Brand Marketing Leader to drive business results through thoughtful campaigns and effective storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform campaign briefs and communication strategies.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaign strategies that align with Zendesk's overall OKR goals and objectives.
  • Oversee full-funnel global marketing campaigns, from brief to concept to execution, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams (internal and external) to ensure seamless creative development and delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports to the executive team.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
  • Ensure campaign implementation follows brand guidelines and organizational values.
  • Identify marketing opportunities to inspire brand growth and differentiation.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the brand and storytelling team.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in campaign management or marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaign strategies from brief through execution and performance reporting.
  • Experienced in agency/vendor management; managing budgets.
  • Possess an ethos of 'getting things done.' Decisive, agile, and iterative; easily able to shift gears between thinking and doing with a proven track record to thrive under ambiguity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with creative, channel, and communication teams, cross-functional partners, and company leadership.
  • Team-player attitude—your enthusiasm will get others to participate in our programs and be our advocates within their teams.
  • Strategic problem solver that can see beyond the day-to-day work to help reach company OKRs, marketing and sales goals, build a stronger brand, and improve connection with our customers.

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annualized base salary for this position is $123,000-$185,000, plus bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
