- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Public Affairs, Patient Advocacy, and Medical Affairs, to ensure alignment and effective execution of patient advocacy initiatives.
- Provide strategic counsel and support to the Patient Centricity team in Latin America, ensuring that patient advocacy engagement plans are executed effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in patient advocacy, and apply this knowledge to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in advocacy roles, communications, or corporate affairs, with a focus on internal and external communications in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of patient access environments and healthcare systems, as well as a strong understanding of rare disease patient environments.
- English proficiency is required, with any additional languages being a valuable asset.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days per week spent in the office.
