As a key member of our Electrolyzer Project Management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Project Managers and Engineers to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and with the required quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Engineers to ensure balanced workloads and provide developmental feedback.

  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including the PMO director and other regional leaders, to ensure smooth transitions and coherent processes across teams.

  • Assess and mitigate risks throughout project execution to ensure project success.

  • Adapt existing processes to match the new organization and implement a return of experience (REX) system to continuously improve project delivery.

Requirements

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.

  • Significant relevant experience, including supervisory experience, required.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, other languages (French, German) a plus.
