The Role

We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation, mitigating risks, and achieving operational excellence for our clients. You will work closely with our global teams to deliver complex consulting engagements and create value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead small teams of practitioners across multiple projects, nurturing your leadership skills and propelling your career within one of the fastest-growing IT consulting businesses on a global scale.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technology capabilities to create a remarkable impact for our clients.
  • Build cross-unit notoriety as a subject-matter expert, demonstrating expertise externally with clients and/or through publications, speaking events, industry forums, and blogs.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to create and position value for our clients, driving business outcomes and financial value realization.
  • Develop and improve consulting methods, tools, and techniques to increase our intellectual property assets and expand our consulting offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in IT Consulting or IT Management Consulting with regional or global consulting firm, with delivery and business development success and growth.
  • Recognized externally and internally as a Consult leader on multiple specialization areas, with the ability to create, position, and deliver modern IT strategies, operational models, complex digital transformations, and business/financial value realization engagements and roadmaps.
  • Exceptional and advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills to help convey messages and deliverables through modern consulting techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate insights from findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with empathy, lead and participate in client and internal teams, and understand and recognize multiple points of view.
  • Self-starter mindset, with client and business outcomes top of mind, and ability to mentor and mentee, create an environment and workplace of choice for peers and team members.
