We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Bosch Group. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Design, develop, test, and document robust solutions using the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, UI customization, and interfaces.
- Data Modeling and Design: Develop data modeling and design skills to translate user and architectural requirements into secure, well-tested implementations.
- API Integration: Build standalone applications consuming ServiceNow Web Services and APIs, and consume RESTful Web Services in combination with ServiceNow.
- Platform Configuration and Growth: Support ServiceNow platform configuration and growth direction, and conduct full SDLC to develop, unit-test, deploy, maintain codebases, and peer review code changes.
- Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Resolve tough problems with the ideal solution, partnering effectively with various team members across multiple time zones and locations.
- 2+ years of professional experience with ServiceNow design, development, and configuration in the areas of ITSM and ITOM and IT administration.
- 2+ years of experience with APIs and integration design and implementation between ServiceNow and other systems.
- 2+ year working experience with Git and CI/CD tool suites.
- Experience with data modeling design and architecture.
- Certifications in ITIL and/or TOGAF are a plus.
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies through self-learning.
