Clinical Research Leader for Oncology Trials

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to lead our oncology trials team in Mexico. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for conducting and reporting onsite monitoring visits, study startup, CRF review, and query resolution.

The ideal candidate will have independent on-site monitoring experience in Mexico, expertise in all types of monitoring visits in Phase II and/or III, and fluency in English and Spanish. Additionally, they will possess strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and report onsite monitoring visits
  • Be involved in study startup (if applicable)
  • Perform CRF review, source document verification, and query resolution
  • Manage site communication and ensure timely response to internal project teams
  • Participate in feasibility research and support regulatory teams in preparing documents for study submissions

Requirements:

  • College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent combination of education, training & experience
  • Independent on-site monitoring experience in Mexico
  • Experience in all types of monitoring visits in Phase II and/or III
  • Full working proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to travel extensively
