Worldwide Clinical Trials (Worldwide) is a leading global contract research organization that works in partnership with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies to create customized solutions for advancing new medications.

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Assessment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Clinical Assessment Technologies Department, you will be responsible for all aspects of assigned projects, including clinical assessment, training development, and data review.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational aspects of Phase I-IV clinical research, with experience working with a Contract Research Organization/Rater Training Organization. You will be competent in conducting patient interviews and knowledgeable about placebo response mitigation through various training techniques.

A minimum of a Master's Degree or equivalent in a healthcare-related field, with one year of clinical experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or RN with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, is required. You must also have at least 5 years of experience working at sites, which may include CROs, rater training organizations, clinical trial sites, or biotech related industries.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $90,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
