At Citigroup Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Engagement Assistant Vice President to join our team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the consistency and quality of our regulatory engagement activities across the Mexico Franchise.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate Regulatory Engagement reviews and provide assessments on the quality of Regulatory Engagement's work via formal Regulatory Engagement products.
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance on regulatory engagement model, processes, and practices-related matters.
- Assist the Regulatory Engagement Head in leading reviews related to Regulatory Engagement products.
- Assist in the review and improvement of global Regulatory Engagement model, processes, and practices, including innovation initiatives.
- Assist with periodic ad-hoc projects, such as research and development of Regulatory Engagement specific training.
- 5-8 years of risk and control management experience.
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective planning and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to make sound business decisions.
- Experience in creating and implementing processes that result in improved business performance.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience / Master's degree preferred.
