Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fleet Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing preventive and corrective maintenance of one or more specific fleets. Your duties will include generating service scheduling, verifications, service appointments, income monitoring, and generating maintenance reports to assigned clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow-up on each entry of units to the workshop from entry to delivery
- Generate service appointments and corrective maintenance, as well as provide telephone attention to users
- Attend to escalations of the account or accounts
- Generate maintenance reports to the Fleet Manager
- Schedule preventive services and verifications
Requirements
- Graduated from a career related to the automotive and machinery field
- Technical knowledge in mechanics
- Customer service skills
- Negotiation skills with suppliers
- Proficient in MS Office at a business level
- Desirable experience in Call Center
