Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Kaizen methodologies
- Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions
- Monitor and control key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure improvement objectives are being achieved
- Organize and lead continuous improvement events, such as workshops and training sessions
- Evaluate the financial impact of improvement projects and calculate savings and return on investment
- Use data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI, to inform decision-making
Requirements
- Recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates with a strong academic record
- Advanced English language proficiency
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Technical skills in Lean Manufacturing, SMED, TPM, 5S, and KPI management and control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
