**About the Role**

Unicity USA Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Training Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales and Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for training, coaching, and developing distributors to increase sales, both virtually and in person. You will also propose, create, and implement strategies to boost sales, as well as maintain strong relationships with distributors.

**Responsibilities**

  • Train and coach distributors to achieve sales targets
  • Propose and implement strategies to increase sales
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop creative solutions
  • Support distributors in achieving sales targets

**Requirements and Qualifications**

* Bilingual (Spanish and English) fluent

2+ years of experience in salesAmerican Visa (Tourism/Business)

**Nice to Have**

* Previous experience in MLM companies in Mexico

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related fieldTraining and coaching experienceCustomer service experienceAbility to travel multiple times per month, within and outside of Mexico
