As a Business Partner Compliance Specialist in the Americas region, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our compliance program is executed effectively across the region. This includes developing and deploying local training, guidance, risk assessments, and communications on key policies, processes, and the Solventum Code of Conduct.

You will also be responsible for identifying compliance risks and working with commercial and operations stakeholders to mitigate them. Additionally, you will review high-risk transactions and engagements, monitor key compliance metrics, and assist with developing action plans to address opportunities identified from monitoring efforts or investigations.

This role requires a strong understanding of applicable healthcare laws and regulations, as well as experience working in a multi-national corporation with a complex regulatory environment. You should have excellent leadership, project management, and execution skills, as well as the ability to influence diverse perspectives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in ethics and compliance, law, finance, audit, or other governance-related roles, with a proven track record of success in a similar position. A Bachelor's degree or higher is required, and fluency in English is essential.

In this role, you can expect to earn an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$150,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. This figure may vary based on individual circumstances and is not a guarantee of actual compensation.
